As of January 2025, Haki Yetu is proud to announce the appointment of a new Board of Directors, now chaired by Father Gabriel Dolan. A long-time human rights defender and the organisation’s founder, Father Dolan brings decades of experience and an unwavering commitment to social justice.

We also take this moment to extend our deepest gratitude to Dr. Annette Mbogoh, who served as Chair of the Board for six years. Under her thoughtful and steady leadership, the Board provided strong governance, strategic direction, and valuable guidance during a critical phase of the organisation’s growth.

The new Board includes a mix of returning and new members, all bringing fresh energy and diverse expertise to the organisation. They will serve a three-year term, renewable once, and are committed to building on the strong foundation laid by their predecessors.
